Jessica is a junior at College Park High School. She is the back up point guard for the girl’s varsity basketball team. She wanted to work on her ball handling skills, passing, strength, and speed. Chad says that Jessica has a heart of a lion and never quits on any play. It took Jessica few sessions with Chad to see some results. “It was difficult to accept the fact that I did not know how to run and jump properly,” Jessica said, “But once I gave into the Up 2 Speed concepts I felt like I started to flourish in every exercise drill.” Chad worked hard with Jessica on her flexibility. Before and after every workout Jessica is doing the S.M.A.R.T Stretch Technique. “I did not know how tight my body was until I got on the foam roll, softball and golf ball,” Jessica said, “It hurt a lot at first but the pain slowly went away as I spent more time doing it.” The results are phenomenal. Jessica is now more explosive and faster than before. With her good attitude and commitment to the program she is bound to be the starting point guard this year.
