Keith is a junior at College Park High School. He plays on the Varsity Basketball and Volleyball team. He wanted to increase his range of flexibility because his hamstring and calves were injury prone. Chad put Keith through a disciplined flexibility program using the S.M.A.R.T Stretch technique. Keith worked on every muscle from his feet to his hip. “It was quite painful at first but that is just a sign that there is something wrong”, Keith said. After three weeks Keith noticed a significant difference in his posture, walk, run, and jumps. Chad knew that once Keith’s kinetic chain loosened up, Keith’s movement would be much more fluid and explosive. Keith soon joined Chad’s offseason strength and conditioning program with other basketball players. “Keith now has the knowledge to prevent chronic injuries and he can focus just on playing instead of managing through his injuries during his games”, Chad said. Keith expects big things this coming season for both volleyball and basketball. We do too Keith.
