Elsa is a tri-athlete. She originally came in to see Dr. Sanchez for plantar fasciitis and knee problems. What she did not know was she had problems throughout her kinetic chain that lead to the inflammation in her feet and knee. Dr. Sanchez led her through a series of S.M.A.R.T Stretch Techniques that Elsa picked up quickly. Along with extra tissue work on her feet and throughout her legs the pain subsided after a two weeks. “I run pain free now,” Elsa says excitedly, “not only do my feet feel great but my legs have never felt better.” Elsa makes it routine to do the S.M.A.R.T Stretch Technique before and after her workouts. Elsa’s times are getting better and now she has the tools to maintain her body and prevent injuries.
